A construction worker must have completed general construction induction training (White Card) before being permitted to work on a construction site. This is a mandatory requirement across Australia.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
- 14 years of age
- 100 points of original ID on the day of training
- Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number. Go to www.usi.gov.au to register.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- Identify health and safety legislative requirements of construction work
- Identify construction hazards and risk control measures
- Identify health and safety communication and reporting processes
- Identify incident and emergency response procedures
Your learning outcomes will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to demonstrate personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements in order to work safely and prevent injury or harm to self and others
